There are now several types of intercoolers for diesel engines, which have different heat transfer characteristics. However, in the production of intercoolers, the main criteria are the indicators of maximum heat removal, increased inertia of the air flow, as well as the minimum pressure loss of the turbine itself.

The intercooler functionality
