The arm bush is a pivot joint that dampens vibrations that occur while driving a car. It can be installed not only on the front / rear suspension of a car, but also for attaching the engine and gearbox.
The S-TR brand Tie Bar Bush consists of two metal hinge rings inserted into each other. Between them, there is a rubber or polyurethane layer, which does not allow the rings to touch, and all vibrations go into the layer of the gasket. In this case, the rings seem to "float" relative to each other.

The usage of the tie bar bush
On suspensions, bushes are installed on the tie bars.
It is misleading to believe that the tie bar bush is a small and insignificant detail in a car. However, this element affects the performance of the entire suspension of the vehicle. Failure of the bush leads to uncontrollability of the car, especially at high speeds.
The main malfunction that threatens the tie bar bush is the deterioration of the gasket itself, in which camber / toe can change (when the bushes break, the tie bars become crooked), the steering wheel becomes "weak", there will be a delay in the steering response to the driver's actions.
