The shock absorber bellow is a corrugated rubber boot of a certain diameter. It fits over the shock absorber glass. The dimensions of the glass determine the size of the bellow. The product is made of high quality materials that can withstand various loads. For example, these materials may not change their physical and technical properties at temperatures from -40 to +70 degrees, and they are also resistant to the effects of gasoline, oil, diesel fuel and all kinds of saline solutions.

The usage of the TOPRAN brand Protective Cap/Bellow, shock absorber

Bellows are not repaired. If a violation of integrity and deformation is found, these products must be replaced with new ones, because due to these problems, dust, dirt and particles of all kinds of chemical compounds will begin to get to the chrome-plated shock absorber rod, negatively affecting its resource. Continuous exposure to harsh environments will result in shock damage and more costly repairs. The boot is much easier and cheaper to replace than shock-absorbing struts.
