Thrust Washer, crankshaft - A006/4 STD GLYCO

Crankshaft thrust washers are metal products that are worn on the crankshaft cheeks (and between the block support) in order to prevent its backlash during operation. Thrust washers are also called crankshaft washers or crankshaft thrust bearings. Installed on piston engines.

Over time, like many small parts of automotive components, they wear out, as they take on all its vibrations and, if possible, damp them within the permissible backlash.

Construction of the crankshaft thrust washers

The GLYCO brand Thrust Washer, crankshaft is a part made in the shape of a crescent, or, rather, closer to the shape of a horseshoe, in a semicircle.
