If the moving parts of an engine are not lubricated regularly and, above all, evenly, this leads to significantly increased wear. This can even go so far that the entire engine is damaged. Replacing an oil filter is therefore a measure that must be taken at regular intervals. The exchange is based usually on a number of kilometers specified by the manufacturer. When the circulating oil lubricates the moving parts of an engine, a small part of the oil itself is always burned. Over time, the burnt particles accumulate in the vehicle oil, thereby reducing the quality considerably. A good lubrication performance is therefore no longer guaranteed and parts can quickly overheat and be seriously damaged.
