The functionality of the oil sump

The oil collected in the pallet enters the oil intake for further use in the oil system of the car. At the same time, metal inclusions settle to its bottom. Subsequently, they are removed, when the pallet is removed from the installation site, by cleaning before subsequent installation. Additionally, the oil pan protects the engine components from dirt, dust and side damage.
