The usage of the spring eye bush

The sheets of the assembled spring should be pressed tightly against each other. In case of improper bending, the sheets are deformed almost immediately. If there are no new sheets, the old ones are restored by means of work hardening. Spring eye bushings must be replaced in a timely manner. Otherwise, the seats will wear out. The springs must be installed by connecting to the front bracket with the long end.

So that the rubber bushings do not rotate on the finger and in the spring eye, the seats are cleaned. Then they are washed with gasoline. The FEBI BILSTEIN brand Bush, spring eye must fully adhere to the respective surface. Before installing the rubber sleeve, it is kept in gasoline for a minute, and then pressed in raw form. When the car is already on its wheels, tighten the nuts.
