An independent element of the car's front suspension is the strut. It provides limited vertical movement of the wheel. The strut holds the wheels in place, preventing them from rolling to the sides. The design of the modern suspension arm is represented mainly by an elongated cast piece that is made of light alloy. It has stiffening ribs that are in the longitudinal direction.
