The steering rods connect the steering gear and the wheel, it is through them that the driver transfers the steering force from the steering gear to the wheels. The construction of the tie rod end

As for the device, the rod itself resembles a steel bar. The device of the tie rod end is more complicated, since it serves to connect movable and fixed elements.
