The ignition distributor rotor is a device that is part of the distributor design in the vehicle system. The accessory is a construction made of dielectric, which is fixed to the center of the distributor. The principle of operation of the entire system as an assembly is simple: the ignition coil outputs a high-voltage electrical discharge to the rotor, which is then output to the distributor and high-voltage wire for ignition.

The conditions of usage of the distributor rotor

The BERU by DRiV brand Rotor, distributor is an element whose good condition affects the quality of the internal combustion engine. The purpose of the rotor is to generate sparks, which determines the speed of ignition of the fuel assembly and the performance of the motor. At the first signs of a malfunction (violation of the nominal engine mode), prompt diagnostics and replacement (repair) of the part are required.

It is possible to determine the malfunction of a structural element by the features of the motor. If there is a noticeable "tuning" of the motor, or there is an unstable performance, it is important to check the condition of the runner.
