The usage of the brake disc bolt

There are some signs of the bolt malfunctions:

1. The TEXTAR brand Bolt, brake disc is rusting and sour. There are no obvious signs of a problem, you can only notice a malfunction when you need to repair and dismantle the disc. The reasons are the natural influence of the environment (moisture, dirt). Consequences - the disc is difficult to remove, part of the bolt may break off or collapse;
2. Bolts are periodically loosened and unscrewed. This happens if the bolts are not tightened enough or if the threads on the part of the brake disc or in its housing are partially destroyed. Signs - the disc will hang out and knock. To decide whether to tighten the bolts or add an extra nut. When the thread has collapsed, the worn part is changed, a new thread is cut in the body;
3. Incorrectly selected mounting bolts. There are two types of parts - one attaches the disc to the swivel mechanism or hub, the second - attach the brake hose to the disc. Bolts also differ in shape and size.
