Seal, EGR valve - 120-995 FA1

The FA1 brand Gasket, EGR valve pipe is a structural element through which gases are recirculated in the exhaust system. In fact, the tube is a pipeline for gas flows. Restoration or replacement of the pipe may be necessary in case of its depressurization. The EGR valve pipe is machined from high strength aluminium, and the inner diameter surface is carefully machined for optimum flow characteristics.

The operation of EGR valve pipe gasket

The EGR valve pipe gasket is used to close the exhaust gas recirculation on the manifold and the EGR valve pipes on engines to replace the EGR case. The usage of EGR valve pipe gasket will allow the driver to protect his car from several engine malfunctions such as uncontrolled circulation of exhaust gases.

The result: better torque in the middle rev range, sharp engine response, less soot formation, less soot deposits in the intake tract and thus engine protection. The airflow can now be guided through the EGR pipe into the intake tract without being deflected.
