Changes in weather are not uncommon: heavy snowfall, torrential rain, bright sun or dense fog. It can catch the driver both during the day and at night. Low beam is not always enough and car owners often resort to fog lights for help.

Fog lights are an additional light source that improves the illumination of the road under certain weather conditions. Fog lights or, as the people call them, fog lights are installed as an additional light device in their own case and are located on the bumper of the car or under it. Sometimes they are issued in conjunction with the dipped headlights.

The fog light construction

ABAKUS brand Fog Light is not the main quality. It can be either yellow or white. The most important is the even distribution of the outgoing luminous flux on the roadway, curb and in front of the vehicle itself. The main criterion for fog lights is the largest angle of dispersion of the light beam in the horizontal plane, which reaches sixty degrees. In the vertical plane, the minimum angle is about five degrees. A mandatory requirement for fog lights is a sharper upper cut-off, to which the maximum luminous intensity is close.
