To control the state of the refrigerant flowing through the filter, a transparent window is made in the receiver housing of the auto-air conditioner.

The receiver is extremely important to ensure trouble-free operation of the car air conditioner. It protects the system from negative phenomena associated with the ingress of water from the outside air: from the formation of ice plugs in the tubes, impairment of the tubes' patency and a decrease in the oil supply to the compressor.
