The entire block headlight is under a special cap that protects it from external influences. The lighting device itself consists of a lens, a lamp and a reflector, which is responsible for the correct distribution of the light flux. To prevent too narrow a beam of light, which can be obtained by reflecting light, a diffuser is installed in front of the lamp. In modern cars, there are many additional devices to improve the performance of light. So, for example, now many cars are equipped with a special headlight control unit.
