The main principle of the steering bellow work
The SASIC brand Bellow, steering is a flexible rubber, plastic or silicone cover that prevents dirt, dust and moisture from entering the steering rod joint and steering rack shaft. The part is made in the form of a corrugated tube and tightly covers the hinge joints. Anthers are located at both ends of the steering rack rod where it connects to the steering rods. In the process of operation, the bellow transfers heavy loads, and therefore cracks and breaks appear on it. As a result of damage to a component, moisture and dust enters the steering link pivots, which can lead to a malfunction of the vehicle's steering.
