The power unit of the vehicle cannot operate without a structure designed to remove exhaust gases. The exhaust system of a car consists of an exhaust manifold, corrugations, a downpipe, a catalyst, a resonator and a silencer. To connect the joints of individual parts of the exhaust gas system, special fasteners are used, these include: clamps, brackets, springs, rings, gaskets, seals. These products are made from different materials that are resistant to high temperatures. For strength, they are reinforced and placed in a special steel frame. Despite this, during operation, the sealing elements wear out and must be replaced with new ones.
