The operation of any internal combustion engine creates a mass of combustion products and, accordingly, gas emissions. In addition to the fact that any decay products must be disposed of, they are also sources of additional noise as a result of air fluctuations at the time of release into the atmosphere.

The working principle of the front silencer

A front silencer is a device that is responsible for the correct and efficient removal of exhaust gases from the vehicle system to the outside. Roughly speaking, the part is a metal tube with multiple chambers. The secondary function of the front silencer is to mute the loud operation of the exhaust system. Modern cars are equipped with highly efficient resonators that can dampen up to 97% of sound vibrations.

The WALKER brand Front Silencer consists of a muffler intake pipe, an exhaust pipe, an exhaust valve, a main and an additional muffler, as well as several connecting clamps. They differ in size depending on how many cycles the engine is installed in the car: 2 or 4.
